Yes! Our delivery starts at 8am UAE time and orders placed between 8am and 11pm during working hours are eligible for same day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day.
Our standard delivery hours are from 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM. For specific time requests, please contact us. Extra charges may apply for fixed-time deliveries.
Yes. You can schedule your order in advance for birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions by selecting the preferred delivery date at checkout.
Delivery is free in selected (Arjan) Dubai areas. For certain remote locations, additional delivery fees may apply. Charges will be shown at checkout.
If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team will try to contact them. If unsuccessful, the delivery may be left with security/reception (if permitted) or rescheduled at an additional charge.

Perishable items (flowers, plants, cakes, chocolates) cannot be returned once delivered.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or poor-quality item, please contact us within 30 minutes with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
