  • Flat Rate Shipping: We offer flat-rate delivery within major UAE areas. Remote locations may incur additional charges.
  • Accuracy Matters: To ensure timely arrival, please double-check the recipient’s address and phone number. Onlinegifts is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
  • Peak Seasons: During holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid), delivery windows may vary. We recommend booking in advance.

2. Cancellations & Returns

At Onlinegifts, we handle delicate and perishable items. Our policies are designed to maintain the highest quality of service.

2.1 Order Amendments

You may cancel or modify your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

  • To cancel: Email info@onlinegifts.ae with your Order Number, Name, and Billing Address.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged once dispatched:

  • Perishables: Flowers, cakes, chocolates, and food items.
  • Customized Goods: Any item that has been personalized or engraved.

3. Refunds & Resolutions

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your experience wasn’t perfect, we are here to help.

  • Reporting an Issue: Please contact us within 1 business day of delivery.
  • Resolution Process: Based on the situation, we may offer a replacement arrangement, a compensation voucher, or a full refund.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are processed back to the Original Mode of Payment.
  • Processing Time: While we initiate refunds immediately, it may take 5 to 12 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policy.
