Delivery & Return Conditions – Onlinegifts

Delivery Conditions

Same-day delivery: Orders placed within 30 minutes of your order in the UAE are eligible for same-day delivery in select UAE cities.

Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next working day.

Delivery Hours: Standard deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Specific time requests may be accommodated at an additional charge (subject to availability).

Delivery Charges:

Flat rate delivery within selected UAE areas.

Additional delivery charges may apply for remote locations.

Delivery Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and recipient details. Onlinegifts will not be held liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Special Occasions: During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid, etc.), delivery times may vary due to high demand.

Return Conditions

Perishable Products: Fresh flowers, plants, cakes, and edible items cannot be returned once delivered, due to their perishable nature.

Damaged/Incorrect Deliveries: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 30 minutes of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or issue store credit.

Non-Perishable Items: Vases, decorative items, and gift accessories may be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed only if:

The product was not delivered.

The wrong item was delivered and cannot be replaced.

The item arrived damaged and no replacement is available.
