Delivery & Shipping

Do you offer same-day gift delivery in the UAE?
Yes! Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM (UAE Time) are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 11:00 PM will be delivered the following day. We deliver 7 days a week, including Fridays and public holidays.

Which areas in the UAE do you deliver to?
We deliver across all major cities, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and other emirates. While we cover most regions, some remote areas may have limited delivery slots or additional charges.

Are there delivery charges?
We offer Free Delivery in selected Dubai areas (e.g., Arjan). For other locations and remote areas, a delivery fee will be calculated and shown clearly at checkout.

What are your standard delivery hours?
Our standard delivery window is 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. If you require a specific time-slot delivery, please contact us; additional charges may apply for fixed-time requests.

Can I send flowers to hotels, hospitals, or P.O. boxes?
Yes, we deliver to hotels, hospitals, and residential addresses across Dubai and the UAE. Please provide the room number or department details for smooth delivery. Note: We generally require a physical address rather than just a P.O. box for fresh item deliveries.


Ordering & Customization

Can I see my order before it is delivered?
Yes! We offer a unique photo/video approval service. Upon request, we can send you a quick snap or video of your arrangement before it leaves our studio to ensure it meets your expectations.

Can I customize my bouquet or gift?
Absolutely. We specialize in bespoke arrangements. You can contact us via WhatsApp to customize your flowers, wrapping, or add-ons like balloons, chocolates, and cakes.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive updates via email or SMS. For real-time status updates, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?
Yes. You can pre-order for birthdays, anniversaries, or special events by selecting your preferred future date at the checkout calendar.


Quality & Sourcing

Where do your flowers come from?
We source our blooms from premium UAE suppliers who import directly from top-tier growers in the Netherlands, Ecuador, Colombia, Kenya, and India.

Do you guarantee the freshness of the flowers?
Yes. Every arrangement is crafted by expert florists using the freshest seasonal blooms. We guarantee high-quality, fresh flowers in every order.


Cancellations & Refunds

What is your return policy for flowers and cakes?
Because flowers, cakes, and chocolates are perishable, they cannot be returned once delivered. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 minutes with photos so we can arrange an immediate replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Modifications or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Please email info@onlinegifts.ae with your order number to request a change.

What happens if the recipient is not home?
We prefer to keep the surprise! If the recipient is unavailable, we will call them to coordinate a reschedule or ask for permission to leave the gift with security or at the door.
